Writing, writing, writing (what else?)

Apart from all the other stuff to do with family, work-work and the lit-mag, nothing! Ha, it's quite a to do list.
What's new? My book is doing well. First published by the now closed Backroom poetry and sold out of there anyway, it was asking to be re-covered and put out for a second pressing. I'm so glad I did. It's now sold over 75 copies all told and is gaining entry to the National Library of Scotland, not bad for a book written on a whim over 18 hours in the church cafe where my children went to playgroup. It belongs as much to those scones as it does to me.
Which brings me to a few bits of promotion I'd like to put out: If you're local to Edinburgh you really must try to visit The Gathering Space Cafe in Cramond Kirk. It really is something else. https://www.facebook.com/GatheringSpaceCafe/
You really need to check out David Asch who makes your album or book cover into jewellery, mugs, coasters, pin-badges and more. He made a Motherbunnet
pin-badge for me and it is exquisite. https://davidaschdesign.com
you must check his page out.

And finally, we all know that socials have been tough lately. Things seem to be back to normal now for me, but promotion has been difficult and it could put you off trying. Someone who has never wavered in support for the artistic community and has been here from the start is Thalamus Plank. He has a new store selling artwork on things like T-Shirts, water bottles and prints. Another place to check out ASAP. I love the t-shirt I bought and will buy another as soon as I can. https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/ThalamusPlank?ref=l2-about-shopname&from_page=listing

Thanks for reading this far. This wasn't really what I intended to do today. I just wanted to say something and like with most of my writing in pantsed it and this was what came out.
Good work, I think.
Happy day to you all.
